Yes, we offer a 60-day free trial of our premium features for all users upon signup, and no credit card is required. During this period, you'll have full access to all the advanced tools and services Serve Guest offers. Once the trial expires, your account will automatically revert to the default free version, which you can continue to use for life at no cost.

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account settings. If you need additional features or want to move to a different tier, simply select a new plan, and your changes will take effect immediately. Any adjustments in pricing will be reflected in the next billing cycle. Similarly, if you wish to downgrade, your current plan will remain active until the end of the billing period before the new plan takes effect.

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account settings. Once canceled, you will still have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will revert to the free version, where you can continue to manage basic guest and property services without losing any saved data.

Yes, Serve Guest allows for customization of your services and rooms to suit your needs. You can also add important details such as your business name, address, logo, and any additional information that you need to appear on the mobile app for guest. You can also review how your profile is displayed on the free guest app by downloading it from the respective stores. 

Billing is set up on a recurring monthly or annual basis based on the plan you select. Payments are processed automatically via credit card, and invoices are generated for each billing cycle. Annual subscribers enjoy a discounted rate compared to monthly subscribers. You can view your upcoming charges, payment history, and subscription details at any time through your account dashboard.

To change your hotel profile email, log into your Serve Guest account, navigate to the Account Settings section, and select the Global setting option to update your email address. You can also change your logo and other details.
